Insurance Accepted

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

Private Pay Fees

For patients who are not using insurance, my fees are:

  • Initial 60-minute Evaluation: $200
  • 30-minute Follow-up: $150

I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Appointments & Policies

First Appointment: Your first appointment will be a comprehensive evaluation where we discuss your history, current challenges, and goals for treatment. Please be prepared to talk about your symptoms and what you hope to achieve.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client in need.
